Vaccination lecture

Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and others from infectious disease. Yet the subject has always provoked fear and conflicting opinions, because the information available on the internet and from other unverified sources runs the whole gamut, and reliable evidence-based sources are hard to find.

Together with the University of Tartu, EAÜS has put together a lecture on vaccination whose main aim is to raise the awareness of current and expectant parents about vaccinating both small children and themselves. The lecture naturally suits anyone with an interest.

The lecturers are medical students with an interest in vaccination who have completed immunisation training at the University of Tartu. The materials used are put together in cooperation with infectious disease doctors.
