Orgasm Lab

At school we are taught how to avoid sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancy. That knowledge obviously matters a great deal, but what is missing is any explanation of how to feel good during sex. Once the basics of safer sex are clear, the Orgasm Lab seminar is there to give your sex life a fresh start.

In the seminar we cover the theory of human physiology to explain to the audience what an orgasm actually is. We also give an overview of different positions, BDSM and much else. We prompt the audience to think along through interactive exercises, and the seminar ends with a practical exercise that can be used to spice up a sex life quickly. It is nonetheless an educational seminar: the aim is to keep the mood in the room one of learning, and trying the theory out stays at home.

The seminar is led by two young lecturers who have completed thorough training following the recommendations of the Estonian Sexual Health Association. Our lecturers can stay neutral on any topic and answer even the most sensitive questions.
