EAÜS runs trainings that pass on the skills university does not teach — from time management to public speaking.
EAÜS trainers
EAÜS has its own qualified trainers with a wide range of experience, able to deliver training on many different topics. They are gathered in a trainer register maintained by the Capacity Building Director.

Do you want to organise a training for your EAÜS event, as part of schoolwork, or simply for the members of your organisation, and need a trainer? Send an e-mail to cb@eays.ee describing your wishes and ideas for the topic, duration, location, number of participants and date.
Trainings
EAÜS offers trainings meant to pass on skills that are not taught at university. That knowledge helps in the Society, in personal life and later in your career.
Our trainings cover, for example: time management, self-leadership, training others, public speaking, communication, teamwork and much more. Once a year we also run lecturer trainings in mental health, sexual health, conscious nutrition, first aid and the Orgasm Lab, after which you can go out and teach others.
Thanks to our partners, and to IFMSA in particular, we offer members a great many international trainings in both healthcare and personal development.
Trainings are a one-of-a-kind experience and the enthusiasm of everyone taking part is always enormous. It is a chance to meet new people and spend good time together. You get to develop yourself and acquire knowledge and skills that help throughout life.
Capacity Building Director
Training and the Society’s development are mainly handled by the Capacity Building Director. They are responsible each year for the Development Days, the Growth Factor, the pre-GA sessions and other trainings, and so for the development of members. They also look after the quality and development of EAÜS services, event feedback, strategy measurement and the coordination of our trainers. Assistants forming the development team help with all of it.
